Minoru Centre for Active Living is taking shape. This new, state-of-the-art centre is a 110,000 sq. ft. seniors, aquatics, fitness and sports facility that is poised to become the hub of Richmond’s recreational, social and cultural life. It will be a home away from home, where we can have fun, laugh, move, and stay healthy.
In a fun two-hour session, we will imagine an identity for our new centre
We will ask you to show us how you see our new Centre. We’ll talk just a little, but we’ll DO a lot – with pictures, colour and teamwork, we’ll help you define what the new facility means to you and your neighbours. At the end of each workshop you and your team will tell us about YOUR vision for what our Centre will be.
The design team will then collect your input and create a visual identity for the Minoru Centre for Active Living to make everyone feel included, welcome and proud.
Translators will be available for Cantonese and Mandarin speakers at the workshop.
